  • Visible 24/7!
  • Ad Face Size: 12ft. x 24ft. with a 3″ pocket, 3″ bleed, & 3″ fold.
  • Billboard space is $500/month with a 3 year lease, and $550/month for any lease less than 3 years. This includes labor to install, remove, & return one advertisement.
  • Lessee provides their own vinyl advertisement. If you do not have a vinyl ad, Outdoor Image can make you one. They can be reached at (770) 817-9517.
  • If lessee wishes to replace the advertisement during a year lease, there is a minimum labor fee of $160.00. Lessee supplies advertisement.
  • Lessor will invoice lessee monthly via fax.
  • Rent is due by the 15th of each month.
  • Lessee has the first right or refusal to continue the lease after expiration. If the lessee chooses not to continue service after the lease ends, the advertisement will be returned or destroyed per the lessee’s request.
